Philippine Rating Services Corporation (PhilRatings) assigned an Issue Credit Rating of PRS Aaa, with a Stable Outlook, to Maynilad Water Services, Inc’s (Maynilad) proposed bond issuance of ₱12.0 billion, with an Oversubscription Option of up to ₱3.0 billion.
